The Siyu Smart Bathroom with Artificial Intelligence
The 2030s-40s was amazing for Siyu, we expanded our products from web services and surveillance and entered the home goods market with kitchen and living products. We are now the market leaders and we want to thank you for all your information we have collected. We are excited to announce our new line-up of products.
We at Siyu are dedicated to making your life as simple as possible. This mission has now continued into the bathroom. With our always-on connected cameras and sensors, your porcelain cube could be the next smart room in your home. With active temperature readings, water usage sensors and our artificial intelligence to analyze your every movement; we are making your life not only simpler but better. All our products pair beautifully with all the Siyu brand items you currently own. We also recommend integration with Siyu Huddle®, Si-mail®, and your everyday conversations to give you a better user experience and offer more insight into how you could improve your life. Using too much toilet paper? Are you flossing regularly? How do you compare to everyone? We, Siyu, answer those questions before you even ask.
Our products shown here range from our Siyu Brush Toothpaste to our Siyu Reflect Mirror with a touch-enabled screen featuring your information and improvements from the prior week. We also offer the Siyu squat toilet for refined insight into how efficient you are at using the restroom. We're excited to see what we make possible through your information. And don’t worry, your data is safe with us. We don’t technically sell your information to third parties but do give them full access.
Project Description
My art installation is a commentary on how large corporations are harvesting information about us without our knowledge. Companies take peoples habits, interests, desires, and use that information to shape their behavior and purchases. Siyu is a fake company I created, set in the 2040’s, that started out as a digital surveillance company. It has stepped into new territory by selling smart house consumer products.
