Nelle Womack Hines Collection
Abstract
The Nelle Womack Hines Papers consist of five file boxes-two manuscript, one for books published by Hines, one full of photo-plates and three woodcuts, and a box of seven 78 R.P.M. record albums. The manuscript boxes include published and unpublished song sheets, music and poetry, photographs, articles written by and about Nelle Womack Hines and information about the centennial mansion celebration and GSCW, an award, and personal correspondence. The documents cover a span of years from 1917-1960. The bulk dates of the collection range from the 1920s through the mid-1930s. There are no restrictions on this collection.
