Abstract
Hopping can be thought of as a mild form of jumping, and therefore, is not a difficult movement to perform; however, it is possible to hop in such a way that could potentially be unbeneficial over time and lead to chronic injury. In this analysis, we will observe and analyze the movements associated with the physical activity of hopping.
