Abstract

Music has been proven to significantly improve workouts. The purpose of this research is to find out if men and women prefer different music genres while exercising. Researchers will distribute a questionnaire to each Georgia College student participating. Students will rank from highest to lowest their preferred music genre for exercising. Results of research will be presented at the GC Student Research Conference.
