Abstract
This research focuses on a literature review of Wilhelm's Inquiry method of teaching. Specifically, the research serves as an examination of the Inquiry model as implemented in a 9th grade Animal Farm unit. The researcher analyzes the ways in which the Inquiry model brings out meaningful, student-centered critical discussion regarding the complex themes and characterization featured in the allegorical Animal Farm. The presentation will feature the research and observation extracted during field experience in a high school classroom.
