Abstract
The Great Barrier Reef is a wonderful place to visit, even for those on a budget. This presentation explores specific areas and experiences that may attract tourists to travel to the reef. The research will be shared in the form of travel guide explaining to those who want to save money how they can plan a trip. A powerpoint presentation will be used as a visual aid to the audience. Different beaches, restaurants, and lodging options near the reef have been researched to explain options to possible travelers to the area. This light-hearted, casual presentation includes a few jokes, but the main purpose is to inform the audience and possibly convince them to travel. This presentation includes information on the history of The Great Barrier Reef and what separates it from other tropical destinations. The viewer will be informed on how they can travel safely while also being environmentally conscious.
