Abstract

I am initiating dialogue journals with several of my students that do not participate regularly in class. This partly due to lack of communication. Through our dialogue journals, I hope to earn the trust of my students and teach them healthy communication skills that would allow them to feel more comfortable in their environment and interact more with me.
